Returns Policy
Condition For Return
- If the product is defective upon arrival or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve this issue.
- Damage resulting from shipping will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, as will products lost in transit, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Our products are designed to last and are nearly indestructible under normal conditions. As such, we do not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Products that have not been kept wet and have fallen apart as a result of this are not eligible for return. It is essential to maintain the integrity of the barrel by regular watering as per the care instructions.
Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
- Should your return be accepted, we will refund the full purchase price of your product, excluding any shipping fees, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
